To whom it may concern:

I am writing on behalf of Johnnie Quezada who for twenty-five years has been my trusted go-to person for anything technical. Most importantly, he built and maintained my first computers, which then functioned with far fewer glitches than did the commercial computers bought by my friends. When the computer did need attention, Mr. Quezada was always immediately available to fix it. I could always count on his total reliability. More recently he installed a multi-functional commercial computer for me that he can service from a distance if necessary.

Besides computer work, Johnnie Quezada has done light electrical work for me, installed my new television set and, more importantly, installed my medical alert system that goes through the telephone landline. A marker of his work is tidiness: the wires are always neatly secured together, both a safety and aesthetic feature.

Mr. Quezada is the most highly skilled person I know and someone who takes well- deserved pride and pleasure in his achievements. He is responsible and generous to a fault with his time. He will be an asset to any institution that employs him.

                                                                                    Sincerely,
                                             Renate Bridenthal

I am delighted to recommend Johnnie Quezada as a computer technician and an electrician in the highest possible terms. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and extremely proficient. For a number of years, he has guided me through new technologies which he has helped to install, answered innumerable questions, and corrected various glitches. Throughout, he has been personable, calming, and confident – a pleasure to work with.

I first met Johnnie in 2000 when he was a student in my advanced history elective. He told me that he did computer work and if I needed help, to contact him. I replied, “Not until the grade is in.” Shortly after that time (when he earned one of his many As), my hard drive crashed. Johnnie fixed it quickly. Even since then, I have employed him as my computer guru.

As programs became outdated, Johnnie installed new ones, always with an eye to what would be most appropriate for me. He helped me buy new equipment, installed and programmed it, and was unfailingly helpful and kind. For instance, he recently upgraded me from Windows XP to Windows 7, telling me that XP had problems. He coached me through the change, fixed all my problems with it, and saw me through successfully. My friends envy me having such a proficient technician.

In addition, Johnnie is a skilled electrician. When I moved to a new apartment in 2005, he re-did some wiring, removed various unwanted electrical fixtures and installed others. Having both specialties makes him especially useful.

                                                  Sincerely,
                                                     Bonnie S. Anderson

To Whom It May Concern,

Re: John Quezada

I am a practicing attorney, and have been working with computer technicians for thirty years now. No one is better than John Quezada. He is extremely competent and skilled in the field, is creative in terms of solutions to problems, and infinitely patient. I cannot imagine feeling more secure with an expert of any kind. In addition, to my surprise and delight, he is also a very proficient electrician. I cannot recommend Mr. Quezada too highly. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can provide more information.

Sincerely,

   Nan Bases

To Whom It May Concern:

I write this letter in recommendation of Johnnie Quezada who worked in our school as a computer technician from 2005 – 2010. Although we hired Mr. Quezada simply to support our computers (install upgrades, re-image laptops, etc), he worked diligently and without extra pay to completely reconfigure and reinstall our old equipment, including stabilizing and strengthening the electrical wiring for the computer lab itself. When we shifted from PCs to Mac, Mr. Quezada installed all the new equipment, and negotiated the laborious DOE process of de-accessioning all the outdated equipment for disposal.

When the Middle School upstairs wanted to install its own computer lab on par with the one in the high school, Mr. Quezada transformed a regular classroom into an equally magnificent, state of the art computer lab. This work included configuring, and installing all the computer equipment itself, and doing all the electrical planning, ordering, and installing, for the room.

In short, Mr. Quezada can well handle both electrical and electronic installation and troubleshooting work.

Thank you.
